The most popular group class we offer is our Boot Camp. Why? Because not only can you tailor almost every exercise to meet your individual goals and abilities, you get the one-on-one attention that most gyms reserve for private sessions. Our Boot Camp classes are a well-rounded, circuit-style workout that includes weight training, cardio, abs, and even balance training exercises.

Class spaces must be reserved in advance and you can choose to pre-pay for the month, or pay per class. The first class is free! Call us to schedule your visit.
